INGREDIENTS

COCONUT CREAM

the thick layer on top of the coconut milk box when you store it in the fridge.

300 ml coconut cream usually means 2-3 boxes of coconut milk.

Save the rest of the milk for a thai curry, or use it in hot chcolate 

SOAKED CASHEWS 

if the recipe says 300 grams cashews, that mean 300 grams BEFORE soaking.

Put the cashews in a bowl of water for at least 8 hours, drain and use.

Express soaking; cashews + boiling water. 

ALMONDS

I use raw almonds in all recipes

DATES

I use organic dates from änglemark in all my cakes. They are dried and then soaked, I think they work perfectly in all cake crusts.

RAW CACAO 

Raw cacao is different than baking cocoa. It is not roasted, and therefore more nutritious but also more bitter than cocoa. Recommendations:

COCONUT OIL

Any virgin coconut oil works, pick your favorite 

COCONUT SUGAR

Caramelly and sweet, any coconut sugar works, pick your favourite. 

AGAVE SYRUP

Any agave syrup works, pick your favorite 

STEVIA DROPS

I use Nick´s vanilla stevia drops
