MY PASSION FOR CAKE

I feel in the flow when I am creating, tasting and experimenting in the kitchen, my idea of a perfect day is a day spent making delicious, healthy food and cakes while drinking coffee and cacao.

Since I was very little the kitchen has been my sanctuary, my place of inspiration and creativity. To bake, create and taste my way into a healthy, nourishing treat is my idea of happiness.

I love the process, the product - and most of all, the sharing.

Everyone loves cake, and to share something that everyone loves is a big deal to me. My approach is to make cakes that are delicious, yummy, vegan and nutritious.
